Mercury buys Roman Stanek's Systinet
I was a bit slow to find this out, but it appears Mercury has bought Systinet for $105m. The company was founded by Roman Stanek, an investor in my former company AlbumCity.com. Congratulations to him and his team.

That is certainly great news, and thanks for sharing it. As you know, Roman also was an investor in my startup, Samba Digital Media, back in 2000. His willingness to support local technology companies created an exciting landscape in Prague in those years, let's hope he keeps it up!
