Where's my lead hat?

I had a full set of dental x-rays today, and to "protect" me from the x-rays they gave me a sort of lead shield to lay on my body. What I don't understand is why I didn't get a lead hat to go with the lead poncho. My brain will be fried, but hey, my stomach will be fine.
